About the artists and work

Periplum creates ground-breaking site-responsive & outdoor theatre events, crafting extraordinary audience experiences through narrative-driven performance.

Spiral Galaxy is a breathtaking fire installation of 1,000 glowing fire cans, forming shimmering pathways that twist and turn through the Elephant Rock event space.

Step into a universe of light and flame and experience this calm and meditative installation in different ways. From the elevated viewing area, you can watch the spectacle unfold as the public journey into the heart of the spiral. Small groups will be invited to navigate through the spiral galaxy to make a wish, sending your hopes into the night sky amid the flicker and glow of the Spiral Galaxy.

After making the journey, you can also listen to a specially composed soundscape through wireless headphones, transforming the view into a spellbinding sensory experience.
